    What can I do to help protect the environment?

    “Small ripples can grow into big waves of change.” There are thousands of wonderful nonprofit organizations around the world. Start small - get involved in an organization that helps fuel your curiosity, passion and interests. Then the work you do for the environment will be that more meaningful. Simply volunteering your time is a great way to learn, grow and develop your skills. Another great way to protect the environment is to make conscious decisions everyday to Reduce, Reuse and Recycle. We have added a fourth R- Refrain. Refrain from single use plastic whenever possible. Choose sustainable seafood and conserve fresh water. Protect our beaches and land and together we can make a difference.

    What sustainable manufacturing practices does Susan Rockefeller follow?

    As a brand we aim to have the lightest carbon footprint possible, starting small and thinking big. We refrain from single use plastic when possible, print only when necessary and reuse all paper products. Currently, we looking for ways to use recycled materials in the components of our products. All of the manufacturers we partner with have passed critical certifications and we work closely with them to ensure that these standards are upheld.

    What is your repair policy?

    We strive to make jewelry that will be a lasting part of the conversation about the environment. If you discover a defect, we will make reasonable repairs on items for up to one year after purchase. To request a repair, please email orders@susanrockefeller.com and provide your name, order number, telephone number and a brief description of the problem so we can let you know how to proceed. If your product was purchased through an sR retailer, please be in touch with that retailer for next steps.

    Where are you sold?

    Please see our list of stockists. If your favorite store, boutique or e-shop isn’t listed and you think they would be a great fit, please be sure to have them reach out to us at sales@susanrockefeller.com.

    How do I track my order?

    When you place an order, a pop-up window will appear that contains your order confirmation number. In addition, you will receive an email containing the details of your purchase.
